He not only was rude and abrupt, he has an attitude problem and doesn't know how to work with people nor communicate properly. He should not be dealing with customers one on one. More

Called to make an appt. and was told not busy so I made one - this was just for tire rotation. The man assigned to me told me that was wrong - lady was not even there and that it would take 90 minutes. After 2 hours they hadn't even started on my car! I was there for 3 hours!! For a 20 minute job! Never had to wait at a Toyota service anywhere near that long in decades! Asked to speak to service manager. Was told he stepped away and would call me when he gets back. He never did. My car is only 3 plus months old and will need many service calls in the future. I need to know if this is what I can expect in the future. More

I took my car for 5k service & recall. I had appointment made over a month ago. Service advisor James try to over charge me for an additional oil change. I pay $99 for the oil change if I had appointment made over a month ago. Service advisor James try to over charge me for an additional oil change. I pay $99 for the oil change if I do every 5K miles and he tried to charge me $129 but settled at $119 which I later inquired was supposed to be $99. He had no idea if my Sequoia was V6 or V8 and said “I should learn more about SUVs since I’m in vehicle service business.” I requested that he should get air conditioning check since it takes 20+ mins to get the car cool. His reply was it’s a big car and it will take that long & that’s Toyota’s issue. So he refused to have it checked. While last 2 summers the air conditioning was perfectly fine. I dropped the car in the morning and was supposedly be ready in the afternoon. I called multiple times to inquire about my vehicle only to get a call back at 3:30 PM that they couldn’t get to my car because they didn’t have a tech available to work on my car. Next day, I had to take a day off from my work so I can pick up the car and that only happened after me calling them at least 8 to 10 times for the service advisor to return my call. There is a seat panel that was broken prematurely, which new sequoia are known for and on my last service I had ordered for it to be replaced. The service advisor had no idea about it. Instead he said he never heard of it. There was no service sticker put on the windshield. I had to go and get it myself. The tow hitch cover was left loose, which I had to go home and fix myself. I have been going there for at least last two years and it was the second time I have to deal with this advisor. I think I will never go back to the dealership just because of what I experience with this guy twice. More
