i have been to advantage several times with my Toyota for regular service and maintenance. they are always professional and polite. of course they will try to upsell a bit, that's their job, but they are nev regular service and maintenance. they are always professional and polite. of course they will try to upsell a bit, that's their job, but they are never pushy and just present different options and are happy to stick to what i requested. i have been to other dealers and shops that refused to release the car before you tack on a bunch of extras claiming they are unable by law to release the car unless i pay for extras, but ive never had that here. service is fairly quick and the waiting room is comfortable. would be glad to continue using them for service.
