Since you keep sending me this survey, I’ll let you know the truth. In the past, I had Celine as the service rep. She was efficient and very good at her job. How that my 2 yrs complementary service is up, they kept me there 2 1/2 hrs just to rotate my tires like I don’t have anything else to do with me day, despite me having an appt. When I went to inquire about my vehicle after the long wait and was told I need wipers, brakes and rotors. My car had less than 15,000 miles and it’s 2 1/2 yrs old. When I told them I don’t have time and needed to leave, he had me sit back down and called me back 5 mins later to tell me oh he had the wrong car and there’s nothing wrong with my car. What if I told him go ahead and do the work? I’m sure he would gladly charge me the extra $1,000 for it even though it didn’t need any of that work and it was the wrong car he was looking at. Sad and disappointing. More
