Terrible experience for my first visit. I dropped my car off at 12 PM for an oil change with a written promise it would be ready by 6 PM. No call, no update, nothing. When I called, I was told the service department closed at 4 PM without notifying me. This caused problems with my job, and nobody took responsibility. My advisor (George Huang) gave zero communication, and the sales manager said he “knew nothing.” Completely unacceptable customer service. I was going to buy their $379 maintenance package, but after this, I don't trust this dealership at all. I already reported them to Toyota Corporate. AVOID THIS PLACE ! More
