However, when I bought another one & going to change that I saw my old one almost new. I am wondering why they provide wrong information to customer. Also, I mae sure her two or three times for this issue. I think they want to make some extra profit by sale their parts. For this reason they cheat with customer. I ll never go back there. More

Of course I was thrilled when you covered it under my extended warranty, but also the manner in which it was handled was so quick, professional, and personal, I felt like family. My wife is bringing in the RAV4 tomorrow for service and we will both continue to come to your store (and Julian) even though it is a little farther for us. I have tried five local Toyota dealers for service to both my RAV4 and Avalon, and none compares to the efficiency, friendliness, and feeling of welcome that we get from Advantage.
