Purchased new tires one year ago from dealer. Two months ago, both front tires (with 9,000 miles on them) started to lose air. Brought car to dealer to have tires serviced/inspected and was told Two months ago, both front tires (with 9,000 miles on them) started to lose air. Brought car to dealer to have tires serviced/inspected and was told both tires were completely worn through to the metal bands as the result of the dealer's faulty wheel alignment during the original install of new tires. Dealer refused to refund me for original tires and charged me for two new ones. More

Visit did not feel welcoming. Customer service rep seemed uninterested to help the moment I refused to any upsell.
