I pulled in with a service engine light that read “Reduced Power”. Carolina greeted me and began by asking a few questions regarding my issue. I was told that it would take about an hour to repair, if the pedal was the issue. Sure enough, Carolina was right on the money. It was replaced and I was out of there In less than an hour. Carolina was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. She was indeed the epitome of service with a smile! I hope that the next time I need my car serviced that Carolina greets me again. When picking up the vehicle I discussed future service with Ms. Tena. I was told at certain mile markers I would be notified about recommended/required service. I tow my boat quite often with this vehicle. If Advantage keeps maint. records, notifies me for additional services needed. This could be a very good service arrangement. More
