The work completed did not look professional at all. I had to go back multiple of time because the right part wasn’t order and yet still looked unprofessional. Staff was very professional when I brought in my HD2500 for its first service. They did an oil change, tire rotation and also installed a microchip that had been previously unavailable from GM.
