Joslynn Keys is excellent, 3rd car we've purchased or leased from her in the last few years. Service was slow for just an oil change, tire rotation, new wipers and inspection. I was there for over 2 hours first thing the morning (7am) during a regular work week. I was not downplaying what the mechanics were doing or how long it was taking. It just seemed unusually long.
