This dealership is very courteous and accommodating on appointments. The workmanship and honesty on inspections. Had the park assist chip installed and enabled. the hood release was left dangling from the dashboard had to return to get it placed properly. A horrible service experience! A multitude of errors from a dealership that I have purchased 13 vehicles from. I purchased a 2022 Tahoe for my wife last year and a 2022 Equinox for A multitude of errors from a dealership that I have purchased 13 vehicles from. I purchased a 2022 Tahoe for my wife last year and a 2022 Equinox for myself (paid cash for both) Your sales department is top notch Joslynn Keys has been my salesperson for almost every purchase a true professional. My wife dropped off her Tahoe for the second free oil change and instructed the service department that a security light keeps flashing and beeping while driving. My first issue is that they were telling her that she needs a wheel alignment on a car that has 10K miles, outrageous! I just returned from a trip with that car and it tracks perfectly, no drifting no pulling, rides like it's on a rail. So after having the car all day my wife had to call and see if it was ready to be picked up, no communication from the service department after I called and told them to stop trying to upsell my wife on things the car does not need. After telling my wife everything has been fixed the security light came back on on her way home. When I looked at the paperwork there was no mention of the light coming on. I'll save you all of the back and forth over the next 2.5 weeks of my wife taking the car back after they said it was fixed and it was not. At one point I saw my wife's car several miles from the dealership at a residential home. When I called and asked what was going on my service writer told me a porter had taken it for a test drive and had an errand to run. Unacceptable! When we finally picked up the car several hundred miles had been put on it and the oil life was already down to 79%. not to mention an almost empty gas tank. Since we picked it up over two weeks ago there has been not one phone call from the dealer to follow up. I have 4 boys 3 of which are fireman and they all drive Advantage pickup trucks. Is this how GM treats its most loyal customers? There are plenty of alternatives that I would have never considered in the past but it may be time to look elsewhere. More
Made appointment which was easy and simple Paula was very helpful. Oil change was in and out service adviser explained everything and the video did also was maybe there for maybe 90 minutes. very helpful.
