I was expecting an $1000-1100 bill. I was quoted $979.00 on the phone. Final bill was $822.00. Putting it mildly, I was happy. I consider it saving money if any bill comes in under I was quoted $979.00 on the phone. Final bill was $822.00. Putting it mildly, I was happy. I consider it saving money if any bill comes in under my expectation. So by my calculations, I saved roughly $300. How many times can a person say they went to a dealership and saved $300!! I took the $300 and bought stock in Chevrolet, so the repair actually will make me money long term. Maybe enough to buy another Chevy!! More

I was able to get my vehicle into the dealership within 2 days of calling them about the issue. I dropped my car off at 8am, was given a courtesy ride home and within a few hours the car was diagnosed and f days of calling them about the issue. I dropped my car off at 8am, was given a courtesy ride home and within a few hours the car was diagnosed and fixed by lunch time. Cynthia was courteous and friendly. Thankfully the car was covered under a GM watch but had it not been, the extended warranty info was given to me at time of drop off and I had an estimate of what the expected cost would be. A courtesy vehicle came back to get me and dropped me back off at the dealership to get my car. This was an overall great experience. More
