Never mind, I take it back. Today (one week from this service visit) 2 lug nuts were found to be missing. One from each of the front tires. Fortunately we were near another dealership who graciously helped us out. We learned that every lug nut was torqued well under specifications. We were lucky the wheels didn’t fall off at Interstate Highway speeds. This was literally the first time the truck had been driven since the service visit a week earlier. I would expect this from a National tire chain with kids doing the work, but not from a dealership with “highly trained” and “certified” mechanics. This was a simple tire rotation. I can’t imagine what to expect from this dealership if a more complex repair was needed. Thankful that no accidents occurred, but beyond disappointed with this service visit. I gave an honest review last time. I’m giving an honest review this time as well.
