Overall a good experience, Joslynn was great to work with! The only disappointment was that we ordered a car from the factory and not all of the components were installed when we picked up. I wish the team had done a better check of what we ordered vs. what was there before we came to pick up. Now we have to go back to finish the install, which is disappointing. I feel like it was a rush to just get us the car, but no one did the checklist before we got there. More

First off I usually go to this dealership figuring I would be taken care of since I bought my vehicle here. But the past two times when I perviously had a check engine light on and was charged $220 for would be taken care of since I bought my vehicle here. But the past two times when I perviously had a check engine light on and was charged $220 for a part on my battery that was damaged by rodents which I should of asked to see it. I've owned 5 cars and never had rodent issues before so chalk that up to my fault for not asking Ms. Martinez. Now this past Friday I go for a simple oil change with tire rotation and I asked for the tires to be balanced. Before stuff was cheap for service now everything is more expensive I know the excuse everything is going on but for the same price your charging I rather give my money to a shop down the street that is not a dealership. I feel like I'm just a number and not valued as a customer anymore. Also wasting almost three hours on my day off mind you for a oil change and alignment is ridiculous by any means. I will not be returning for any services unless it's something major even then might look around for another shop. Looking at the prices I was charged close to $250 in labor, $25 shop fee, and close to $70 for parts (Oil & filter. Makes you wonder why people don't trust dealership service departments anymore. Finally your service porter left the paper mat in my vehicle all dirty from when he was done washing it. Which isn't the first time my car is a mess from your service department. More

My experience with an oil change at this dealership was stressful. I had an 830 appointment and it took 2 1/2 hours to complete. On my way home my car was shaking, and the acceleration was off, my car seem stressful. I had an 830 appointment and it took 2 1/2 hours to complete. On my way home my car was shaking, and the acceleration was off, my car seemed as if it was going to stop. Then I noticed a light on on the dashboard which I was unsure if it was the transmission or engine. I called the service department to inform them that I was bringing my car back because it was clearly a problem. Long story short the person that worked on my car did not properly connect the air filter. I was very upset. After the first 2 1/2 hours of waiting and about 45 minutes or so to run codes and fix the problem. Also dealing with the traffic on Lagrange. I had to call off work the manager I spoke to was apologetic. And went on the service floor to figure out the problem. They should tell customers how long the wait will be. And also get experienced service people. More
