The whole experience was a nightmare and continues to be a nightmare as my car was damaged during the process. The whole saga would take forever to explain. It’s never ending and now I have to bring it in a a nightmare as my car was damaged during the process. The whole saga would take forever to explain. This is an update from my previous review. After my last experience and review I was immediately contacted by the service center manager, Felipe. He throughly explained why the oil change was After my last experience and review I was immediately contacted by the service center manager, Felipe. He throughly explained why the oil change was actually needed at that time, the GM process and procedure regarding my car issues and what could be a possible issue with the car. Which was very much appreciated! On Monday I went back to the dealership for the follow up that Felipe explained I needed in our phone conversation. They did the checks that the car needed and explained to me what the next steps would be for my car issues. I appreciate the initial callback, the more detailed explanation this visit. I will need to go back to the dealer again once service parts are delivered and I hope to have another positive experience. More
