I was able to get my vehicle into the dealership within 2 days of calling them about the issue. I dropped my car off at 8am, was given a courtesy ride home and within a few hours the car was diagnosed and f days of calling them about the issue. Thankfully the car was covered under a GM watch but had it not been, the extended warranty info was given to me at time of drop off and I had an estimate of what the expected cost would be. A courtesy vehicle came back to get me and dropped me back off at the dealership to get my car. This was an overall great experience. More

This dealership is very courteous and accommodating on appointments. The workmanship and honesty on inspections. Had the park assist chip installed and enabled. the hood release was left dangling from the dashboard had to return to get it placed properly.
