There is more than one thing wrong with this service department that left them unable to install a muffler for $1400 and a 4 wheel drive actuator on a 2017 Year Mon. After checking my vehicle in for a department that left them unable to install a muffler for $1400 and a 4 wheel drive actuator on a 2017 Year Mon. After checking my vehicle in for a strange rattle I received a video from the technician about the necessary repairs. None of the links for the video worked to authorize the service or contact the representative. I attempt to call, voice mail. Approximately 4 hours later I received a call from service outlining the repairs needed. And was told parts would take a week. I left the vehicle. A week later I get a call they don’t have the parts, don’t know where the parts are and have no idea when the parts will arrive, at all. I picked up the vehicle, where they said they would call me when the parts came in, drove down the block to Fair muffler shop where I was told I had a dangerous condition with a large leak in the exhaust pipe which they repaired for $110 and told me I didn’t need anything else for the exhaust.
