Not sure why it took 2 hours to complete an oil change & tire rotation. Especially when the oil change was done in 20 min according to the video they sent while they were draining my oil. Then they said that my car was in the wash and it wasn't. My check out paperwork took the longest and when it was ready the car wash was backed up even though I was told 20 min before that that it was in the wash. So I just asked for the car back with no wash because I had already waited 2 hours. More

I brought my car into Advantage Chevrolet on 10/27/2020 with 2 problems. 1. my air condition was not blowing out cold air. 2. Multiple oil leaks in the engine. None of these 2 problems were fixed. Bobby Alanis, General Sales Manager call me on the phone and told the a/c was working ok and he and Mr. Felipe Alfaro, Service Manager decided they were not going to install the 2nd part that Midas recommended. The a/c still does not blow out cold air and nothing was done about multiple engine leaks. I feel I was treated inferior (discriminated against) by Mr. Felipe Alfaro and Mr. Bobby Alanis, because none of the 2 problems were fixed. Bobby Alanis stated he was not doing anything else to my car even though the car was still under warranty until 11/13/2020. I am a 82 years young senior who was treated inferior and was not supposed to understand what was happening to me. More
