I will never buy another car from advantage let alone another Chevrolet. I been having reoccurring issues with my impala since I first got it then for them to act as if they couldn't tell if my work was another Chevrolet. Not great. Still waiting to hear back about my transmission problems and inadvertent collision alarm warning issues. Brought my new Colorado in with less than 2,800 miles. After they pulled it int transmission problems and inadvertent collision alarm warning issues. Brought my new Colorado in with less than 2,800 miles. After they pulled it into a service bay I watched my wipers dragging across a dry windshield for 20 minutes and finally got their attention to turn them off. After and hour or so they said the transmission (which was up and downshifting while cruising because it couldn't seam to find a gear it liked) was likely still "learning" but would get back to me with a solution via a pending programming update from GM. On Nov. 2, I sent a reminder to Robert and reported a longer delay then a slip in shifting from 1st into 2nd. It was like going from 1st to neutral, then it finally went into 2nd hard. On the way into work this morning the collision warning went off twice again with no one in front of me. It has been another couple of days and I still don't have a response back from Robert. Follow up is lacking and poor. I may have to take it to another dealer. More

Face masks should be worn at all times as a protection to employees and customers. A plastic barrier does not replace wearing a mask. During the time I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced no one cleaned the waiting area. That was over an hour. I’m very disappointed in this dealership. I would have been better off going to Jiffy Lube. It’s clear that the staff in the service department and cashier do not care about the safety of those around them. More

Felipe and Carolina were amazing!!! The only reason I have bought 3 Tahoe’s is because if the service we receive from Felipe and Carolina helped this last appointment and was on top of it and very respon have bought 3 Tahoe’s is because if the service we receive from Felipe and Carolina helped this last appointment and was on top of it and very responsive and took care of everything we requested.
