Very Happy Customer I had a problem with my onstar and Len and his service team had no problem jumping in to get it backup and running again you don't realize how much yo I had a problem with my onstar and Len and his service team had no problem jumping in to get it backup and running again you don't realize how much you use bluetooth until its not there. They where great to dealwith and got my truck back when promisedgreat experiance.i would highly recommed them for service and i wil purchase my next vehicle from them also. I came in for my regular oil change and while I waited, I ventured to the showroom. Since Nicky Chevez [the nice salesperson who sold me my '08 Tiburon roughly three and a half years ago] was not in this mor ventured to the showroom. Since Nicky Chevez [the nice salesperson who sold me my '08 Tiburon roughly three and a half years ago] was not in this morning, Tony Wyatt was kind enough to explain the specials they had going on with the new Camaro. He was very informative and friendly. Since in the near future I am wanting to buy a Camaro, he let me test drive one to get the feel of what I will hopefully be driving in the near future. It truly was great fun! I gave Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins great ratings because I do enjoy being there when I need service done to my car, and they're always polite and smiling! More

I took my husband's Chevrolet Colorado in to get an automatic start installed for Christmas. Being somewhat uneducated about this feature, I spoke with Mark Ott expensively about my options. I had a pleasant experience and overall I was very pleased with the level of customer service. I felt that I was treated with respect and kindness. I came into Advantage Chevrolet for last minute emer pleased with the level of customer service. I felt that I was treated with respect and kindness. I came into Advantage Chevrolet for last minute emergency service on my suburban, and even though I didn't buy the car from them, Raul treated me like the best customer he ever had!! While I waited, Emmanuel was extremely helpful with information on their 2013 new models and making my waiting experience extremely pleasant!
