Went to dealer for a recall. I waited there for three and half hours. Original estimate to do work was less than one and half hours. After waiting for awhile they called me to ask if I would like to replace half hours. Original estimate to do work was less than one and half hours. After waiting for awhile they called me to ask if I would like to replace some belts for $160.00. I told them tech said belt was good on the video inspection. He replied, these are different belts. I told him no which was the end of phone call. I Get another call telling me that we will only charge you for the parts which was $88.00. I said ok. He then proceeded to tell me, that they already installed parts without asking me first which was the end of call. I stood in the waiting room waiting for someone to tell me come and get your vehicle no one did. Half hour after the service department left which I didn't know I went up to the counter to find out if it was ready. Why yes the lady replies didn't any one tell you. No. While waiting in waiting area several employees past me. No one asked if someone was taking care of me. I felt like they didn't care about me, More
I did not or will not have service there. They screwed me over on buying a car and then the time I did have service there for a warranty part.
