When I arrived, after my car was inspected the front desk advisor Clinton recommended that I get new tires. My appoint was to get new tires and thought that was odd that he didn't check why I was there first advisor Clinton recommended that I get new tires. My appoint was to get new tires and thought that was odd that he didn't check why I was there first. I was then sent a video from the mechanic recommending air filters for my car. When sent the invoice/work approval link, I saw that the prices for each filter with labor, were $59.99 and $89.99 which I thought was extremely high and selected cancel on the invoice/approval link. The mechanic installed the cabin air filter anyways and Clinton advised me that Chevy's app/communication service wasn't working properly that day Saturday 3/27, therefore they did not see my request to not have the filters installed until it was to late and the cabin filter was already installed. I asked if they could remove it and Clibton said no due to the work already being completed. I understood this then asked if I could at least get a discount for it, in which Clinton asked me to give him a moment to partner with his manager. He returned and said that his manager wanted to know if I had a coupon, I said no. He then said his manager approved $10 off the service that I refused on the Chevy approval link. Then Clinton told me that my car was ready for me to go pick it up, while I was in the lobby for most of the time. I arrived at 11am to drop off my car and returned around 11:50am after eating lunch at the Subway nearby. I remained in the lobby until 3:10pm while they worked on my car, only checked on once by another associate who asked if I wanted a free car appraisal. I am very disappointed in the level of guest service, guest awareness and overall lack of trying to do what's right for the guest. More

Oh ok well I had another leak in the front right tire which was on the back when I brought it in. The rim was cracked I thought I asked you guys to check for all of that?
