Corrected my problem but cost me more than $300 to fixed the passenger front light. Just to fix the light bulb. I’ve had this light fixed more than 4 times. Made an appointment for my 2019-chevy equinox while driving at 35mph my driver seat started to push back and the back rest completely laid flat, I had to unbuckle my seat belt to take control of the wh driving at 35mph my driver seat started to push back and the back rest completely laid flat, I had to unbuckle my seat belt to take control of the wheel and break as I could no longer reach the following day my radio started flashing on and off. My husband brings the car in they send me a video of them inspecting the engine and carbon cleaning recommended, nothing to do with my concerns, so I called was told the tech checked it and could not duplicate the issue ( really if it was happening all the time it would have been towed in ) I cant imagine doing 70 on the highway and going through this I or others would be dead! I told the young lady this is not safe and it needs to be looked into further. So i decided to google it my self and found bulletin number is pit5608d by GM ( and they are a dealer and have no idea how to look into this!!! So i called back the young lady starts to tell me well the tech said you have an umbrella in the door and both # 1 & 2 seat settings are programmed when the tech hit # 2 the seat moved forward so maybe the umbrella hit the number, i responded cant be as my seat completely RECLINED back all they way back and I was laying down! she then said ok what's the number from GM'S post ( bulletin number is pit5608d ) I will have the tech look into it. As i can tell she was bothered by my concerns and being pushed off as I have no idea what i'm talking about I called my husband on his phone and told him to leave I will take my car to another dealership that will understand my concern and have the time to look into this issue. worst service ever, and I have never had this issue in the past. 5-minutes later the same young lady calls me back and say they tech already looked into your GM post number and said everything is good( hard to believe when it was not in the video or any prior conversations. More
