While my experience the first 3 visits was not great, the problem was resolved finally and Felipe went to bat for me and worked with management. On the 2nd visit for the same issue, they should've asked abo problem was resolved finally and Felipe went to bat for me and worked with management. On the 2nd visit for the same issue, they should've asked about replacing a $20 part instead of me having to come back a 3rd time, spend a few hours for a $20 part; which still didn't fix the issue, which prompted the 4th visit. Felipe was very professional and went above and beyond as he knew how frustrated I was with the whole ordeal. I will continue to go to them for service. More
