Still haven’t even called me to set up appointment after ordering part. Probably never even ordered it. Horrible experience. Took forever at the dealership. I received a recall in the mail so I took my vehicle to get it fixed. Upon return from being fixed, I left but immediately discovered the check engine light was on. So I took my vehicle back to get it chec get it fixed. Upon return from being fixed, I left but immediately discovered the check engine light was on. So I took my vehicle back to get it checked out. They didn't know what happened but when they brought back my vehicle, the check engine light was no longer on. I left again but when I got home, the rear camera was not working. I had to go on a trip so upon my return home, I took my vehicle in again to correct this problem. I was told it would cost me $180 to check the computer system to see where the problem is. I told them there wasn't a problem until I brought my vehicle here for service. They would not change their mind so I asked for my car back and left. Not a happy customer!!! More
