On March 04 2022 I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. I saw a beautiful 2016 Rubicon so I decided to purchase it ,with a trade in. I was given only 1 key and a remote for the vehicle. My sale Rep gave me a phone# to call for a extra key. I was disappointed that they would not replace an extra key for me. I called the Manger sale department ask why I should pay for an extra Key. He explained that used vehicle does not require them to give you 2 keys. He was very understanding and decided to purchase the extra Key for me. I was very happy for the quick response from him. It wasn't a big deal but that experience made me realize they will go out of there way to meet customer satisfaction. More
