This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had for car service. From the friendly scheduler to the attendant who checked me in. The facilities are state of the art. I was impressed at how technology h car service. From the friendly scheduler to the attendant who checked me in. The facilities are state of the art. I was impressed at how technology has improved and how the dealer kept me informed of the car’s progress via video. Mostly I want to thank the attendant who checked me in ( I wish I had noted her name ) as she was aware that I needed my car to get to a doctor appointment that afternoon. Took my vehicle for oil change on Saturday. Sunday morning, check engine light went on. Called on Sunday and Monday to request they look at my vehicle. Finally, they gave me an appointment for Sunday morning, check engine light went on. Called on Sunday and Monday to request they look at my vehicle. Finally, they gave me an appointment for Tuesday. They tried charging me $180 to look at it. More
