On March 04 2022 I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. I saw a beautiful 2016 Rubicon so I decided to purchase it ,with a trade in. I was given only 1 key and a remote for the vehicle. My sale oil change. I saw a beautiful 2016 Rubicon so I decided to purchase it ,with a trade in. I was given only 1 key and a remote for the vehicle. My sale Rep gave me a phone# to call for a extra key. I was disappointed that they would not replace an extra key for me. I called the Manger sale department ask why I should pay for an extra Key. He explained that used vehicle does not require them to give you 2 keys. He was very understanding and decided to purchase the extra Key for me. I was very happy for the quick response from him. It wasn't a big deal but that experience made me realize they will go out of there way to meet customer satisfaction. More

They changed my oil. Put to much oil in engine, developed a knock. Which is a lifter. They drained the oil. But took no responsibility. Horrible people service skills from Mike, service rep to Felipe A, Service Mgr they have taken my 2022 Silverado and and just replaced parts without determining problem. Rode 60 miles to test a radio?!? Rep Felipe A, Service Mgr they have taken my 2022 Silverado and and just replaced parts without determining problem. Rode 60 miles to test a radio?!? Replaced radio and didn’t test/programming incomplete. Now another dealer has to fix their mess because I refuse to go back. More

We are very happy with the service at this dealer. Parts were ordered the same day we brought the truck in and all repairs were made by he next day. Communication throughout was excellent.
