This is the 3rd time that I have been told that the part that was ordered is in. The other 2 times I was scheduled to come in and there was no part. This time we are sorry to inconvenience you but it’s the that was ordered is in. The other 2 times I was scheduled to come in and there was no part. This time we are sorry to inconvenience you but it’s the wrong part after a parts manager insured me that he put eyes on it and the part is no longer covered under warranty after next week. We are up to the trilogy and still the saga continues. More

Thought I’d give this dealer a second chance. I was let down once again. I was told recall on my vehicle was completed. Only to find out on ny recent visit it was a 2 part recall. Apparently th I was let down once again. I was told recall on my vehicle was completed. Only to find out on ny recent visit it was a 2 part recall. Apparently they didn’t have the parts at that time. I understand with covid everything is being delayed. My issue is the lack of honesty & communication. Why there was no follow up? Why was I told it was complete when it wasn’t?
