I pulled in with a service engine light that read “Reduced Power”. Carolina greeted me and began by asking a few questions regarding my issue. She suspected that the problem was in the accelerator “Reduced Power”. Carolina greeted me and began by asking a few questions regarding my issue. She suspected that the problem was in the accelerator pedal. She explained that she had other Malibus that had the same issue in the past. I was told that it would take about an hour to repair, if the pedal was the issue. Sure enough, Carolina was right on the money. It was replaced and I was out of there In less than an hour. Carolina was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. She was indeed the epitome of service with a smile! I hope that the next time I need my car serviced that Carolina greets me again. I scheduled the work with Cynthia Tena, service consultant. My independent mechanic is retiring this February. After the warranty period I never used the dealers service dept. I have decided to try Advantage Chevrolet service dept. The usual gof, rotate tires, replace original battery. Work was completed on time with what I consider a fair price. When picking up the vehicle I discussed future service with Ms. Tena. I was told at certain mile markers I would be notified about recommended/required service. I tow my boat quite often with this vehicle. If Advantage keeps maint. records, notifies me for additional services needed. This could be a very good service arrangement. More

Owen the service tech was very polite and went out of his way to explain the details of my tire purchase. The service manager helped me use My points towards my bill which was so helpful.
