The initial inspection took over two hours, so I rescheduled the fix for the following Monday morning. I dropped my Malibu off on Sunday so it could be worked on the first thing Monday. Service said rescheduled the fix for the following Monday morning. I dropped my Malibu off on Sunday so it could be worked on the first thing Monday. Service said it should be completed by noon, yet I heard nothing and called back at 2PM to get an update. I received a call back at 5:15, which left me carless all day and then it was so late I was unable to pick it up. All this for the "Park Error", which based on my Google search should be a recall issue. All this for nearly $800. Expensive and slow service. More
