We were lied to several times, no return calls, sold vehicle we wanted to buy. Told us trade was not worth anything when it was sold by you 6mo ago and told by Armstrong he would make sure we never lost vehicle we wanted to buy. I bought 4 cars and was treated and lied to once first deal was signed. Pull bait and switch on vehicle I picked to buy but they sold it and switched it with a car they wanted me to buy. More

I went to Advantage looking for a new car that was a little more cost effective then what I was driving. I had spoken to Chris over the phone and we had decided to take a look at the Sonic. When I arrived I was greeted with a large smile and a warm welcome. Chris went out of his way and had multiple options already pulled up front for me. I had a fantastic time working with Chris and him showing me all the ins and outs of the vehicle I was looking at. We decided on things that I actually NEEDED for my car and there was no forced sales or anything that would generally turn me away from a dealer. We were able to find a perfect car for my needs at a fantastic price. Everyone that I worked with, from the sales team, to the service department was professional and friendly. I will be going to Advantage for my next car, and recommending them to all my friends as well. More
