Right in the parking lot Ernie greeted me and asked if he could help me. I said I had a appt with Crystal, I had been looking on the internet. I feel that it shows he cares about his customers by asking questions and listening. I havent bought a car in a long time but he made the process very pleasant. Ernie was nice, polite and added even a little humor to the experience. I have to say everyone was very friendly. I would recommend Advantage Chevy and ask for Ernie! More
Tony Wyatt was great and helped me purchase my 2014 Spark 1LT. From the moment he approached me outside he made me feel at ease. I spoke with Dan on the phone earlier in the day and he told me to ask for C 1LT. From the moment he approached me outside he made me feel at ease. Tony then took over and made the overall experience hassle free. He spoke honestly and honored the Internet price without any hassles. I usually detest car salesmen but Tony made me totally rethink my stance. Everyone I dealt with treated me like an old friend and made me feel at ease. If I'm ever in the market for another Chevy I will absolutely buy from Advantage and of course ask for Tony. More
I went in to test drive the 2013 kia soul & unded up buying it. The one thing that I really liked about the whole experience is that while test driving the kia soul Chris Kranjiak let me experience the buying it. Only after we were back at the dealer ship did he talk about all the cool things about the car. He did not from the start push the car on me but allowed me to like the car on my own. That will always be the one thing that I will remember from the whole experience the most. And the fact that the next day I called about the silliest thing and Chris was more then happy to answer my questions! And Mark Brown finance manager worked really hard with the banks and was able to lower my intrest rate I am really appreciate of that. Between Chris & Mark buying a car was enjoyable & fun. I really would recommend this dealership. You will look at car sales people in a diffrent light! More

After just a few minutes talking to Ernie from Advantage Chevy and I knew this was the place for me. He was a great listener, explained everything very well, and most importantly made me feel comfortable and made me feel like my interests were his top priority. In the end he got me a great price (which was really the most important thing for me) and I drove out of the parking lot absolutely satisfied. I know I sound profuse, but I honestly could not have been happier with my experience. Love my car. If you are in the market, ask for Ernie. He'll make it happen. More

My original car salesman Chris Miller was very helpful and did an excellent job selling his product. I was deciding between a Dodge Ram and the Chevy Silverado. The original Silverado I thought I wanted didn't thrill me at all when I saw it but Chris didn't waste anytime trying to talk me into that truck he just found a different model that I loved and bought. When I went back to pickup my truck Chris wasn't there but Steve Jaeger took over handling the paperwork and showing me my truck. He did an excellent and quick job to get us out the door driving. At first I wasn't sure what to expect buying a car, since this was my first time buying a car by myself ...I didn't want to be cheated and pressured into buying...but Ernie completely turned this into an awesome learning experience and in fact he beat everyones prices including internet prices from other dealerships and the best part was that he was able to put me into a cheaper monthly payment plan than I had expected! I was also plesently surprised what a variety of options in used cars I had. Thanks again Ernie for saving me a lot of money and getting me the perfect car that I wanted.
