The financing process was very quick, easy and stress-free. Both Mark and Dennis were very thorough and informative and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with everything before we left. Chris was great in getting us out the door with all our questions answered about the vehicle and even put gas in it to get us back to Indiana! We also had the experience of working with the service department as they applied a rust protector to the car. The service writer, AJ was very friendly and nice to talk to! I was immediatly greeted upon walking in. I had made an appointment With Fabian Murillo. I was specifically looking for a chevy Equinox. He proceeded to show me options that were available. He then allowed for my 2006 Chevy Equinox to be appraised for trade in. I decided to put money from my trade to purchase a new Equinox. He ran my credit and worked on a payment option.I have never purchased a new car and Fabian made my experience enjoyable. When we agreed to the final price and financing, he sent me to sign paperwork with Mr. Reilly. Fabian had my car cleaned and transferrred my licence plates. Then, he went with me to fill up the tank with gas and set up the onstar program. I felt that Fabian was very professional and his communication skills are top notch. More
