Since 1971 I have purchased many cars including Ferrari Testarosa, Acura NSX, Mercedes Benz, Cadillac etc. Joslynn Keys was my new car salesperson at Advantage Chevrolet in Hodgkin; IL. I found her to be Testarosa, Acura NSX, Mercedes Benz, Cadillac etc. Joslynn Keys was my new car salesperson at Advantage Chevrolet in Hodgkin; IL. I found her to be very professional, pinnacle of patience, sincere and above all did not push me “to buy the car now”, as most car sales people do. I was very comfortable with her knowledge of the Malibu and she answered all my questions to my satisfaction. These and her friendly personality convinced me, Advantage Chevrolet is the dealership from whom I should purchase my new car and I did. In spite of the present scarcity of cars, the dealership offered a substantial discount from the MSRP. I am glad I met Joslynn and will not hesitate to have her as my salesperson for my next vehicle from Advantage Chevrolet. Found truck on line friday and did deal over the phone and drove from iowa and picked it up. Steve and tom were great to work with. We were all done and on way home in less then 2 hours. The truck pic's on line had gold bowtie emblems the truck we picked up had black, not my preference. Steve is trying to get me the gold bowtie emblems and send to me. Ladt gripe, the high country truck needed a good cleaning inside. 75k truck should have been presented better. Niether of these issues was big deal. Very pleased overall with purchase. Advantage Chevrolet in Hodgkins has always been good to me! I have said time and time that they don't say "NO" like the following dealerships surrounding them. I have had bad credit in the past, and they h me! I have said time and time that they don't say "NO" like the following dealerships surrounding them. Talk to Charles over there!!! Let them help you as they have helped me time and time again:) Now I have a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu which is brand new, and I still can't thank them enough! More
