Communication is poor. The person who set up my appointment was unkind and not helpful when I had a problem that needed to be solved, which was a missing tire key. I was unaware that my car came with a tire key, nor was I reminded to bring this tire key to the service appointment when the appointment was made. I don't understand how this dealer who sold me the car doesn't have these spare parts on hand. When I picked up the car, they did not give me back my key fob. I felt taken advantage of. First they raised the price of what me and the salesman agreed to. Then they tried to add gap insurance when I didn't ask for it. when I asked the First they raised the price of what me and the salesman agreed to. Then they tried to add gap insurance when I didn't ask for it. when I asked them to remove it, they said the Finance company requires it. I told them I paid for 1/3 of the car already so there no gap anymore. He then magically removed it. Then he told me I get two free oil changes in the deal. A week later I get in the mail a letter stating thank you for purchasing your service. I called them and asked what is this letter about, I didn't purchase any service. They told me no you did, it was put into your deal. Turns out they added it on top of the price. I went back to ask for the money and finally after lots of arguing they said they will refund me the amount. I was told it was free but it wasn't. Overall they really swindled a lot of things and this came all after I agreed everything with the salesman. I don't know if it came from finance guy or who but it wasn't one thing. It was so many.
