From the moment I walked into the dealership, Shawn was courteous and professional. He walked me through the process of buying my car. We test drove it and went over all finance options. When I returned 2 hours later Shawn also returned after his shift was over. I appreciate his honesty and straightforward talk. My only issue with this visit was trying to get feedback on when my car would be done. I called on Saturday and got no call back. I live some distance from Hodgkins and need to make arrangements to come i on when my car would be done. I called on Saturday and got no call back. I live some distance from Hodgkins and need to make arrangements to come in. I realize that it was Thursday afternoon before Easter weekend. So parts delivery was part of the consideration in giving me an estimate on completion. The car was done on Monday which was great but if they had called me Saturday to let me know it would be done Monday I may have rearranged what I did that week. Not a complaint. Just feedback. More

It was a somewhat ok experience the email I got was for a 29.95 pil change. Once I got to the service counter I was told I would have to be charged more for a additional quart of oil. But on my invoice says 29.95 pil change. Once I got to the service counter I was told I would have to be charged more for a additional quart of oil. But on my invoice says only 5 quarts so why I'm I being charged for 6? Then I asked how much would it be to balance my tires since the rotation is included was told with everything oil change, rotation and balance 95 bucks. So I was going to be charged for a rotation and was told yes even thought the email said rotation included with oil change. My only big issue was charging me for 6 quarts but my invoice says 5 I dont like being ripped off. More
