Why have I purchase 2 new vehicles (and soon to be 3) at Advantage and not gone elsewhere? Only 2 reasons, the first was Andre Thomas and the second person who continues to make sure I come back and not go elsewhere is Humberto Montemayor. Every dealership provides similar services, in fact at times they are identical - The difference must be the people, the staff you deal with after the sale is made will either make sure you come back or confirm that you will not, the difference in that decision are the people your deal with at this level. Humberto is one individual who has assured this dealership that I will return... Going out of his way is both normal and consistent - Please acknowledge Humberto for the what he does, those efforts truly make a difference! More

Good car salesman bad car service Took my Chevy Equinox for it's first oil change and to get my defogger checked cause it was giving me problems on the cold mornings we been having. I Took my Chevy Equinox for it's first oil change and to get my defogger checked cause it was giving me problems on the cold mornings we been having. I just got the car in may so I thought I could get it looked at like my AC switch that wasn't working when I first bought the car and they fixed right away, can't remember the name of the service guy that took care of me cause he didn't say who he was. Had like an attitude when he asked if I had an appointment which I told him I made it online an called the day before to confirm and then for him to tell me it wasn't in the system. I thought my car was under full warranty so I thought I wouldn't be charged to get it checked and was told that I was gonna have to pay just to check it which I told him to forget it cause I didn't felt like I was getting treated right from the start and he didn't bother to check first if the car was under warranty. When my car was done nobody came out to explain to me like they did to the person before me to see what was done to my car or anything so I'm not sure if I want to go back for any kind of service there. More
Waiting on Pins and Needles.. My Malfunction Indicator Lamp came on and also "check engine light" I took it in on a Saturday morning and had a diagnostic done and it was determined My Malfunction Indicator Lamp came on and also "check engine light" I took it in on a Saturday morning and had a diagnostic done and it was determined that my thermostat need to be replaced. I was told it was going to cost me $$$$ to get it replaced. I wasn't too happy about that. Two hours later, Doug came back out and pull me to the side and had a smile on his face and said I'm going to be very happy with what I had to pay. I could have "shouted" when I saw that I owed $0 because it was covered under my warranty. I've always gotten good service and the employees are always very friendly. I love the new service department. More
I had purchased a car from the dealership a couple months before and was extremely satisfied with the experience. Yesterday, I went in without any power steering and was told that, as it was not considered p before and was extremely satisfied with the experience. Yesterday, I went in without any power steering and was told that, as it was not considered part of my warranty (which covers power steering, but not electric power steering--which my car has), I would have to pay money that I do not have. Between the service department and the used car department, I was able to have my car fixed in a way that would not bankrupt me. I am eternally grateful to Doug Steen and John Fischer. I would recommend this dealership and the service center to anyone I know and I plan on purchasing more cars from there in the future. More

Eric is AMAZING!!! There was one day that Eric was not there, I left him a message and Doug called me back. I really do not like dealing with others but Doug was just as great. I brought my car before som there, I left him a message and Doug called me back. I really do not like dealing with others but Doug was just as great. I brought my car before somewhere else and the service was not great. After that, I ALWAYS bring my car the Chevy. Charles took care of my mother even with him being on vacation. That's a team player! I know Charles from high school but that doesn't mean anything. He treats me like a regular customer. I would tell everyone about CHevy!! More

Brought my Cruze in for an oil/ filter change, met by Erik & Sam w/a friendly greeting as always (I bought there & am a repeat customer). We checked to see if all the maintenance was caught up (I like th Erik & Sam w/a friendly greeting as always (I bought there & am a repeat customer). We checked to see if all the maintenance was caught up (I like that the information is on file in the system, makes it easier than trying to remember WHEN something was last done!), chatted a couple of extra minutes then I went off to look at some of the cars on the lot (Just eyeballing!) and chatted a bit with some of the salespeople (Bryon, Barry) while to car was being serviced. Even though I was on the premises for about 40 mins. (start to finish) it didn't feel like it because of the relaxed, friendly and professional atmosphere of the people there. The people at Advantage are a great group to work with! More
