MY HUSBAND AND I WENT OUT TO ADVANTAGE CHEVROLET AFTER I GOT HOME FROM WORK. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY IDEA OF WHAT KIND OF CAR WE WANTED OR IF WE EVEN WANTED A NEW OR USED VEHICLE. WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED TO SP GOT HOME FROM WORK. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY IDEA OF WHAT KIND OF CAR WE WANTED OR IF WE EVEN WANTED A NEW OR USED VEHICLE. WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED TO SPEND AND THE AREA WE WANTED TO KEEP THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS IN. AFTER DISCUSSING THIS WITH ALVARO WE WENT OUT ON THE LOT AND LOOKED AT A FEW OF THE NEWER BUT SMALLER VEHICLES. I WAS TRADING IN A 2003 FORD FOCUS STATION WAGON AND I WAS USED TO A BIGGER VEHICLE THEN THE NEW ONES THAT WERE IN MY PRICE RANGE. WHEN I EXPLAINED THIS TO ALVARO HE ASKED IF WE WOULD CONSIDER BUYING A USED VEHICLE AND SHOWED US A 2009 CHEVROLET HHR. AFTER TAKING IT FOR A TEST DRIVE WE FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. ALVARO STAYED WITH US WHILE THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PAPERWORK FOR THE CREDIT AND WE THOUGHT WE CHECKED TO MAKE SURE ALL OF OUR PERSONAL STUFF WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE TRADE-IN. WHEN WE GOT HOME WE NOTICED OUR I-PASS (FOR TOLLWAYS) WAS MISSING. THE FOLLOWING MORNING I CALLED ALVARO. HE LOOKED IN MY OLD VEHICLE AND COULD NOT FIND IT. I TOLD HIM I KNEW THAT I DIDN'T HAVE IT SO HE LOOKED AGAIN AND FOUND IT. IT HAD GOTTEN STUCK INSIDE THE SEAT. I HAD TO GO OUT TO THE DEALER THAT SATURDAY SO HE HELD ON TO IT UNTIL WE GOT THERE. AT THE SAME TIME THEY GAVE US AN ADDITIONAL KEY AND 2 KEY FOBS FOR THE VEHICLE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADVANTAGE CHEVROLET OF BOLINGBROOK AND ALVARO TO ANY FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW VEHICLE. Andre' Thomas our sales person during our purchse was VERY pateint and helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable in the Traverse that we were interested in. We had been shopping for a new car and was dissatisfied with some of the salespeople at the car dealerships. At first we were looking for a used mini-van, and Alvaro took us over to the used car lot.
