Let me preface this by stating that I would rather walk into a dentist office than a car dealership........at least until I found Advantage. After receiving an internet price from Jim that was too good to ignore (and then a follow-up email telling me I was entitled to an additional discount) I just had to make a trip down for a test drive. When I arrived I met with Jim whom was a pleasure to speak with. As others have mentioned, he makes you feel like you are an old friend. Advantage sure picked the right guy for THAT position....Customer Relations Manager! After a brief introduction Jim turned me over to Alvi (the 2010 Advantage Salesman of the Year) and a super individual to boot. He was very cordial, easy going and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions regarding the Cruze I was interested in. After some negotiations with Walter on my trade-in we arrived at a price I was happy with and the paperwork was signed.
