John was great, friendly, knowledgeable and got the best price by far of the 6 dealers I visited. The service was prompt and no high pressure sale pitches. Just picked up my new 2014 Chevy Impala LT. The team at Advantage Chevy in Bolingbrook are fantastic. My sales consultant, John Montgomery, was knowledgeable, personable, friendly and listened to my needs for a new car. I test drove the 2013 Mailbu LTZ and the 2014 Chevy Impala LT. I think John knew before I did that the Impala was right for me. He took the time to go over all the bells and whistles and I'm happy to say that although I will miss my 2009 Chevy Malibu LTZ the new Impala will become my favorite car. Thanks to Walt and Humberto also for moving me through the paperwork as fast as possible. I have purchased multiple new cars from John Montgomery--most recently a 2013 Chevy Volt. I was 100% satisfied with the entire experience. The pricing on both purchase and trade is legitimately the most "haggle-free". Working with John is certainly a no pressure environment. There is no point where multiple salespeople bully you as a team. John had the car parked at the front door when I arrived and I was in and out in about an hour from start to finish--comparable to what other reviewers have said. If you've bought as many cars as I have you know these are all issues with most dealers. A good website and a good variety of in stock both new and used are a bonus. If you're in the market try John first. More
