Freddy was really helpful and friendly. He had a good sense of humor. He did not pressure us 4 months ago when we were just looking at the 2013 Cruze. The only drawback was the lenders were closed at the time of our signing the documents, so we did not know who the lender was or the lender's address. Oh, and the all weather floor mats were missing. But Freddy got them to us asap. I do not see any reason to knock off any stars for these two minor items though. More

I bought a Chevy Sonic from John Montgomery @ Advantage the other day. He, & the staff did a great job, getting me into the 1st car I was set on, at almost exactly the payment I had in mind. I had purchased a car from the dealership a couple months before and was extremely satisfied with the experience. Yesterday, I went in without any power steering and was told that, as it was not considered p before and was extremely satisfied with the experience. Yesterday, I went in without any power steering and was told that, as it was not considered part of my warranty (which covers power steering, but not electric power steering--which my car has), I would have to pay money that I do not have. Between the service department and the used car department, I was able to have my car fixed in a way that would not bankrupt me. I am eternally grateful to Doug Steen and John Fischer. I would recommend this dealership and the service center to anyone I know and I plan on purchasing more cars from there in the future. More

The first time I tried to operate some of the controls on the new systems it was overwhelming but John explained it so simply that even I was able to understand and every time. If John knows half as much about the rest of the lot you are in good hands because he knows what he's doing. Jim Galbraith was the perfect gentleman, manager and just makes you feel like an old friend! I never felt as comfortable between two men in my life as Jim and John. Between these two guys I felt that my needs were number one. I am a niche buyer looking for the perfect puzzle piece to fit our family needs. We need a truck that not only is rugged and dependable enough for a family day but also can stand the rigors of everyday construction life. This is not only my work vehicle that I trust and depend on to provide for my family but it also doubles as our family cruiser.
