My experience from walking in the door to signing on the dotted line was extremely positive. Jim Galbraith took a special interest in making the experience pleasant. He introduced me to John Montgomery, who was very professional, yet at the same time made you feel comfortable. John answered all of my questions and wasn't "pushy" about buying the car. He was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle. John is truly an asset to Advantage Chevrolet. Freddy was really helpful and friendly. He had a good sense of humor. He did not pressure us 4 months ago when we were just looking at the 2013 Cruze. Because of this and because we had our (former) Chevy serviced there when the need arose, we came back to check out the 2014 Cruze and test drive it. The sales manager was also kind and helpful. The only drawback was the lenders were closed at the time of our signing the documents, so we did not know who the lender was or the lender's address. Oh, and the all weather floor mats were missing. But Freddy got them to us asap. I do not see any reason to knock off any stars for these two minor items though. More

I bought a Chevy Sonic from John Montgomery @ Advantage the other day. He, & the staff did a great job, getting me into the 1st car I was set on, at almost exactly the payment I had in mind. I had purchased a car from the dealership a couple months before and was extremely satisfied with the experience. Yesterday, I went in without any power steering and was told that, as it was not considered p before and was extremely satisfied with the experience. Yesterday, I went in without any power steering and was told that, as it was not considered part of my warranty (which covers power steering, but not electric power steering--which my car has), I would have to pay money that I do not have. Between the service department and the used car department, I was able to have my car fixed in a way that would not bankrupt me. I am eternally grateful to Doug Steen and John Fischer. I would recommend this dealership and the service center to anyone I know and I plan on purchasing more cars from there in the future. More
