This was our first time buying a new car and our sales consultant, Byron, made it so easy for us! He was very informative and not at all pushy. He made it a very fun and relaxed experience! Once we officially decided on purchasing the car, we spoke with Humberto who was very helpful in telling us exactly what we needed to know regarding the accessories and protection packages that were available for our car. Both Byron and Humberto have followed up with us to make sure we're happy with our new car and to offer assistance if there's every anything we need! We definitely recommend this dealership and to ask for Byron when looking for a new car!!! More

Waiting on Pins and Needles.. My Malfunction Indicator Lamp came on and also "check engine light" I took it in on a Saturday morning and had a diagnostic done and it was determined My Malfunction Indicator Lamp came on and also "check engine light" I took it in on a Saturday morning and had a diagnostic done and it was determined that my thermostat need to be replaced. I was told it was going to cost me $$$$ to get it replaced. I wasn't too happy about that. Two hours later, Doug came back out and pull me to the side and had a smile on his face and said I'm going to be very happy with what I had to pay. I could have "shouted" when I saw that I owed $0 because it was covered under my warranty. I've always gotten good service and the employees are always very friendly. I love the new service department. More

Joe came up with the idea of rent a trailer to tow our car back. we had just bought the dodge truck and did not have a receiver hitch or ball. Joe gave us his receiver hitch or ball,and even went with us so we could get there in time since we did not know the streets. (live in Indiana). that type of serve is really what made our trip so nice, and my wife was so relieved.
