Excellent experience, great salesman. I found myself in serious need of a truck after my old truck broke down and was no longer cost prohibitive for me to fix it. So after my wife got home I found myself in serious need of a truck after my old truck broke down and was no longer cost prohibitive for me to fix it. So after my wife got home Friday after work we load up in her car and head to Advantage to look at trucks, mind you this is after 5 PM on a Friday. John Montgomery quickly meets with us as soon as he parks what will become my new truck in front of the dealership after having washed it. Within minutes of the initial handshake we are outside walking around the truck as he describes different features the truck has. John was very easy going and jovial, in in the face of my wife's crankiness (it had already be an extremely long frustrating day for her) after a short test drive it was back back to his desk and paperwork. We were out the door, start to finish, keys in hand for my new truck in about 2 hours. Our previous purchase of my wife's car saw us sitting in the dealership for better then 6 hours at another dealership. Really wish we had come to Advantage in Bolingbrook.
