When looking into who I wanted to work with at Advantage, I came across Tom’s profile. Sure, he was rated 5 Stars, but what really caught my eye was his promise that working with him guaranteed I’d become th I came across Tom’s profile. Sure, he was rated 5 Stars, but what really caught my eye was his promise that working with him guaranteed I’d become the owner of a brand new ball point pen...and boy did he deliver. He had that box ready to go like a proud, new dad ready to hand you a fresh cigar to celebrate the birth of his first-born child. It didn’t stop there though. When my wife came in, BAM! NEW PEN FOR THE MRS! Best pen I’ve ever used? Nah. But it’s a good pen. The point is that he delivered on his promise. (I gave him my pen. It’s a better pen. I’m sure he’ll come to his senses and make the switch.) He also sold me a truck. Tom took note of what I was looking for and did his due diligence in making sure we considered every truck on the lot that fit my list. He didn’t waste my time trying to upsell me on features I didn’t need and he respected the price range I was in. We felt that when it came time to make a deal, he treated us fairly and advocated for us when it came to negotiations. 10/10 would work with him again. I’d have a beer with the guy, too. And if some bozo walked in and started a bar fight, I’d hide behind Tom. That Chevrolet Super Bowl ring of his would leave one heck of a Bow Tie mark. More
