I love the video of the inspection and issues found. I did not have a great experience with the woman checking me in and out. She was efficient and did the job fine, but I did feel very talked down to. I did not have a great experience with the woman checking me in and out. She was efficient and did the job fine, but I did feel very talked down to. She did not express an ounce of sympathy to the issue I brought to her attention regarding quote differences among her staff and instead of listening was quick to pass the "blame" off on other departments. Still, the estimate was done quickly and I feel confident the work would be done well, had I had the funds to go through with the repair. More
