The staff at this dealership KNOW THEIR PRODUCT, are attentive, and are eager to satisfy the customer. I cannot express how refreshing this was. They are easy to work with and are very accommodating. All of my dealings with them were via internet and phone. Even hurricane Irene who tried to interfere, could not! The dealership is conveniently located near the Abedeen MD Amtrack station which was perfect for us as we were coming down from NY. They picked us up, signed the papers, and had us out of there quickly with a full tank of gas! They had an appealing variety of Wranglers that they customize at the dealership. We were happy that they offered us a lifetime warranty on our lift. We are extremely happy with our purchase and proud that we have a unique vehicle that we will probably not see here in NY! More

Today was my first visit to Adams Jeep, and I drove off the lot with a new Jeep that I absolutely love. I've never left a dealership with a new car the same day I purchased it before. I had been car searching for over a month and was frustrated and so over people at all the different car dealerships i went to. Rob Phillips helped me see what i could get appraisied for my curent trade in, worked with me on the credit and options to get me the best possible deal for buying my new car. unlike all the other dealers i worked with, i never once felt they were pushy or forcing me into any deals. i have never been happier with any dealership ever!!
