I am 62 years old and have purchased many new cars and trucks over the years and never was I made to feel as comfortable, informed of every aspect of the car and then given a great tradein value for my HHR. I was shown all the buttons on my fully loaded overland, given a full tank of gas and told I could come back anytime if I had questions or just needed more instructions on my new car. I also made time to pester other staff members in parts, and found everyone to be enjoyable. Never before have I been to a dealer that can close a deal in less then an hour, be cordial and really make you feel wanted. I thank Keith for taking care of this old man and making sure I was getting the right choice for me. I contacted Kieth via the internet to discuss the kind of package I was interested in. Within an hour he had located the style of Jeep Wrangle Unlimited I wanted with all of the options and he was able to q package I was interested in. Within two hours I had a deposit down on the vehicle and by the next day my vehicle was on the lot. I am very pleased with the outcome - the vehicle looks awesome and my family loves it. I didn't feel rushed and when I picked up the vehicle Kieth took the time with me I needed and ensured I was comfortable with all the controls. Standard stuff but he was enthusiastic and did not rush me at all. I also met a guy at the dealership with a 1946 CJ2 and he let me look over this classic and walked me throug his restoration.
