He responded to my email requests promptly and professionally with no pressure. Once I decided he had what I wanted the price negotiation was fair and easy. She stayed late to meet us after work, and we ended up finding the perfect vehicle and purchased it. She let me test drive different Jeeps, and was the most "non-pushy sales person" I have ever worked with. She didn't try to sell me anything, she simply showed me things that might interest me, and let me ask questions and choose which vehicle I liked. The experience was wonderful, not stressful, I didn't feel under pressure to purchase to choose. She and the manager stayed way late to let us finish our purchase and take home our new Jeep Wrangler!
