Fantastic Experience at Adams Jeep I started my purchase with Keith Cook back in August (almost 4 months ago). I was very particular about my order and we had to wait for the next model year and color to become available. Keith was very patient with me and checked in the appropriate amount of times. He asked if I wanted to keep waiting or choose a different color. He never pressured me when I told him that I was happy to wait. Keith was also great in helping me out with customization of my Jeep. I wanted it to look cool, but really didn't have a lot of knowledge about what could and could not be done. He walked me through the process, made sure I understood everything, made sure I had fun doing it and when all was said and done, he made sure I had the perfect Jeep for me. Thanks so much! More

Great experience I'd been to a couple of other dealers looking for a new car and I'd pretty much decided on a Cherokee. I found one on the web I was interested in and I'd been to a couple of other dealers looking for a new car and I'd pretty much decided on a Cherokee. I found one on the web I was interested in and saw that it was in inventory at Adams. I called and spoke with Crystal who was very willing to walk me through the features and talk about options. Later that day I arrived and she wasn't available. Keith had been told that I might be in and was easily able to take care of me with a test drive. To make a long story short, I bought the care the next night - no high pressure sales tactics and no adding on useless add on's to increase the prices. It was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had. More

Excellent experience I went in looking to trade in my 2015 Cherokee for a Wrangler. I had visited another dealer the night before and was on the fence with what I wanted t I went in looking to trade in my 2015 Cherokee for a Wrangler. I had visited another dealer the night before and was on the fence with what I wanted to purchase and my comfort level with the knowledge of the sales guy. I was originally thinking about going used but after listening to Keith and him helping me along the way with budget and over-all value, walked away with a 2016 Wrangler Unlimited for a lot less money and headache than I thought it would be. Keith was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about the products in the Jeep family. I have bought several cars in the past and this was certainly the most painless experience I have ever had both buying and financing. I did not feel pressured at all, which is always a plus in the car buying experience. I would highly recommend having a conversation with Keith if you are thinking about buying a Jeep. More

Totally Satisfied I would recommend Adams Jeep to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I traded a 2011 Camaro (which I loved however was not practical).
